I attended The Late breakfast meeting today at Milton Park Innovation Centre - excellent. It is always good to be reminded just what you should keep on top of, and your website is one thing that is on that list. So, I was motivated to give it a clean up and look at how I can change it in the future. Blogging and Twittering is a really good way forward so watch this space, change is on the way......

A Year on....

Well I just cant believe it is a year since I wrote the last entry, time really does fly, especially when no one is watching your blog! maybe that is why i don't keep an eye on it myself. So here begins the dawn of a new day, my April resolution, update this and my facebook page on a regular basis, well at least more than once a year. BFN x

Bank Holiday Monday

So what happened to our summer, it seems bank holiday are always grey and wet. It brings to mind a news report I heard years ago about the weight of traffic on a bank holiday caused so much pollution it usually meant cloud cover, so maybe we create our own weather just like we create our own reality.

Don't they say be careful what you ask for. So while you enjoy the rain which keep sour beautiful county green, just remember you probably caused it.

Not officially working today, well not at the clinic anyway, so thought i would do all things computer and just ended up spending lots of money advertising via Yell.com. it will be interesting to see if it is cost effective.

With all this hot sunny weather I am feeling so much more energised and hope it continues, it is so lovely to be able to spend time outside without watching for rain clouds all the time. Another busy week ahead so with that in mind I will give my hands a rest now.

New spring Day

One of our therapists from Aquarius has gone travelling. Our acupuncturist, Nic has left for a while to travel the world aboard ship and gain loads of experience with different nationalities.

I have been lucky enough to be invited to her blog, and I fly with her words to places currently in the southern hemisphere, New Zealand, Australia.....and although we have been experiencing a beautiful spring so far, it is lovely to hear of other worlds and her travels to expand my own world.

It reminds me that we can travel any time ourselves in our imagination and that anything is possible, just keep positive thoughts around and stop to notice all the great things in your own life, the colour of the daffodils, the birdsong - getting earlier each morning, and how the appearance of the sun makes people smile and say hello.

We add to this experience when we interact with others, so today I will try to remember how I feel sharing Nic's adventure and pass some of that on to everyone I see today.

Well this is all new! I attended a Late Breakfast meeting re Blogging, Twitter, Facebook etc so decided to give it a go.

It has been a long hot few weeks, most of which I have been stuck in a small room at Aquarius with a paintbrush in hand, so why? Well, on my return from Barbados in April, I had a visit from a therapist who had been rented a room at RAL to do massage, and she popped in to introduce herself and said the immortal lines, "oh I didn't know you were here".

As we are coming up to our 7th birthday of being on site I decided it was time to up our profile, so hence the decorating all ready for a relaunch at the beginning of the autumn to local companies, HR directors, etc on site. So I decided to give the old place a face lift before I did this, so sorry to regular clients for the smell, and disruption but hopefully by the end of July that will be phase 1 out of the way, and this is the beginning of phase 2, so watch this space......
